Keyman Configuration - Support Tab

The Support tab in Keyman Configuration displays Keyman Desktop copyright and version information and the registration status.

Diagnostics

The Diagnostics button will collect diagnostic information about the user's computer and display a report of the information gathered. If the user is experiencing issues with Keyman Desktop, they can send this diagnostic report to Tavultesoft to aid in diagnosing and solving the issue.

  1. Click on the Diagnostics button.

  2. When the Diagnostic Report has finished being generated, it will display:

  3. Click on Send Report to Tavultesoft. It will display the following form to be filled in:

  4. Enter your Tavultesoft website username and password, a brief title for the problem, and the details of what's going wrong.

  5. Click Send. A brief message will tell you if the report was sent successfully or not.

Online Support

The Online Support button will open the Tavultesoft support website in your web browser.

Check for Updates

The Check for Updates button will check for updates for Keyman Desktop on the Tavultesoft website and download any available updates.
