The Support tab in Keyman Configuration displays Keyman Desktop copyright and version information and the registration status.
The Diagnostics button will collect diagnostic information about the user's computer and display a report of the information gathered. If the user is experiencing issues with Keyman Desktop, they can send this diagnostic report to Tavultesoft to aid in diagnosing and solving the issue.
Click on the button.
When the Diagnostic Report has finished being generated, it will display:
Click on . It will display the following form to be filled in:
Enter your Tavultesoft website username and password, a brief title for the problem, and the details of what's going wrong.
Click . A brief message will tell you if the report was sent successfully or not.
The button will open the Tavultesoft support website in your web browser.
The button will check for updates for Keyman Desktop on the Tavultesoft website and download any available updates.
