When you use the Removable Disk activation method for the Manual Activation, the Tavultesoft Online Activation Utility is saved to the removable disk and automatically loaded when you insert the removable disk into another computer.
If the utility does not start automatically, you should use Explorer to browse to the removable drive and double-click the tsactivate program.
The Online Activation Utility supports activating multiple computers in one go. If you need to activate Keyman Desktop on multiple computers, you should run the Manual Activation Step 1 on each computer in turn before you go to Step 2. You do need to make sure that each computer has a different name - as the Activation Request Files are given the same name as the computer.
In most cases, you should simply be able to run the activation utility, click , wait for the activation process to complete, and take the removable disk back to the computer where Keyman Desktop is installed in order to process Step 3 of the Manual Activation dialog.
If you want to load activation request keys from a different folder, click the Browse button. You can choose not to activate a computer by unselecting it from the list of activation files before clicking .
If you access the Internet through a proxy server, you can also configure proxy settings with the button.
The activation log will show you whether or not each computer has had a successful activation. Activation can fail if the Utility cannot access the Internet, or cannot contact the Tavultesoft website, or if you have already activated all the computers that your license covers.
